The PNW Investment Fund provides secured loans in a first lien position.
PNW offers loans to qualified buyers to purchase and resell foreclosure and pre-foreclosure properties. The strategy utilized by PNW has produced consistent 12% or greater rates of return on properties purchased. PNW is the first position lien holder for every loan.
